Kitty Party Cakes & Cupcakes in Surat

Planning the Cake for a Kitty Party in Surat

A kitty party usually means a group of friends catching up over food and conversation, so the cake is part of the fun rather than the whole event. Decide early whether you want one larger cake to cut together or a mix of cupcakes and a mini cake so everyone can help themselves. Since every cake from Cakes by Deepa Sarda is baked fresh on the same day and delivered the same day anywhere in Surat, you can plan the dessert around your gathering without worrying about old stock sitting in a box.

Think about how the cake fits the mood of your meet-up. A relaxed afternoon works well with cupcakes and a bento cake for the host to cut, while a bigger celebration calls for a full-size cake with a custom message. Share the flavour, weight, message, address and delivery time with Deepa on WhatsApp or phone, and she will confirm the exact price based on flavour, weight and design, starting from ₹499.

Choosing Size, Flavour and Design for a Group

Size depends on how many members will actually eat cake and whether other desserts are being served. If the cake is the main sweet, plan a larger cake; if it is one of several items, a mini or bento cake plus a batch of cupcakes keeps portions easy. Cupcakes are also handy when the group is large and you want something neat for each plate.

For flavours, classic choices like butterscotch, pineapple, black forest and vanilla are easy for a mixed group, while chocolate, fresh fruit and red velvet suit members who want something richer. Designs are finished with whipped cream, chocolate ganache, fresh fruit, sprinkles and toppers, with a custom message if you like. No fondant is used, so the cake stays soft and pleasant to eat.

• Pick one large cake if the group cuts and shares together; choose mini or bento cakes and cupcakes for a more casual spread.
• Choose familiar flavours for a mixed group and add one richer option such as chocolate or red velvet.
• Keep the design simple with cream, ganache, drip, piping or toppers, and add a short custom message.
• Confirm the final price on WhatsApp or phone, since it depends on flavour, weight and design.

Ordering Advice for Kitty Party Hosts

The host or one member should place a single order so there is no confusion about flavour, message or delivery address. Call or WhatsApp +91 99134 91522 with the flavour, weight, message, address and time, and ask any questions about design at the same time. Delivery charges depend on distance and are told when you order, so share the full address clearly.

Because cakes are baked only to order and never kept as ready stock, it helps to finalise your plan once the group has confirmed the date. Many bakeries sell ready-stock cakes that can be three to four days old by the time they are bought; here the cake is baked the same day and delivered the same day. Placing your order with enough time to spare keeps the process comfortable for everyone.

Why Freshness Matters for a Kitty Party

A kitty party is a social occasion, and the cake is often the talking point at the end of the meal. A cake that was baked the same day tastes noticeably fresher than one made in advance and stored. Deepa bakes in her home kitchen at City Light, Surat, with complete hygiene maintained, and finishes each cake with whipped cream, ganache, fruit, sprinkles or toppers rather than fondant.

This approach keeps the focus on flavour and presentation without overcomplicating your planning. You choose the design that suits your group, and the cake is delivered fresh to your address in Surat on the day you need it.
