• Ask when the cake will be baked, not just when it will be delivered.
• Smell it: fresh cream and sponge smell sweet and clean, while an old cake can smell strongly of the fridge.
• Touch the cream: it should be soft and smooth, not grainy, cracked or weeping at the edges.
• Look at the cut surface: fresh sponge looks moist and even, while stale sponge looks dry or crumbly.
• Taste the first bite: fresh cake feels light, and old cake feels dense and heavy.

We confirm the design and give you an exact quote, since the price depends on flavour, weight and design. Cakes start from ₹499.

Your cake is then baked fresh on the day of delivery in our home kitchen at 202, Legend Apartment, City Light, Surat, where complete hygiene is maintained. It is finished with whipped cream, chocolate ganache, fresh fruit, sprinkles or a topper, and a custom message if you want one. We never use fondant.

Once finished, the cake goes straight out for delivery anywhere in Surat. Delivery charges depend on distance and are told to you when you order, so there are no surprises later.
