Call or WhatsApp **+91 99134 91522** with your flavour, weight, message and address. ## Ideas for Graduation & Results - "Congratulations" message - Chocolate or pineapple - Mini cakes for friends - Cupcakes for classmates **Tip:** A simple message and a favourite flavour make the best surprise. ## Matching the Cake to the Moment Being Celebrated A graduation and a result day are two different moods, and the cake should reflect which one you are marking. For a convocation, families usually want something that looks formal enough for photographs with the gown or certificate in frame, so clean cream finishes, a piped scroll or a custom message work well. For an exam result, the mood is often relief and surprise, and a smaller, playful cake with bold colours, drip finishes or a fun topper fits the excitement of opening a result together. Think about who will actually be at the cutting. If it is a quiet family moment at home, a mini or bento cake is often enough and keeps the celebration personal. If friends, cousins and neighbours are dropping in through the day, a larger cake in a classic flavour gives you more generous slices without needing a second order. - Convocation: formal cream or ganache finish with a custom message - Result day: playful drip, piping or topper design - Small gathering at home: mini or bento cake - Larger crowd through the day: bigger cake in a classic flavour ## Choosing Weight and Flavour for a Crowd That Keeps Changing Result days are unpredictable, because you may not know until the morning how many people will gather. A sensible approach is to decide the flavour first, since that is what guests remember, and then pick a weight that gives a little margin. Chocolate and butterscotch are safe choices for mixed groups, while fresh fruit and red velvet suit celebrations where the cake is the centrepiece on a table. If you are ordering for a graduation lunch or dinner where the cake follows a full meal, guests usually eat smaller portions, so a moderate size goes further than you might expect. For a result-day celebration at home with tea and snacks, people tend to take larger slices. Tell us the number of guests and the setting when you order, and we will help you settle on a weight that fits. ## Planning the Order Around an Uncertain Date The tricky part of graduation and result cakes is that dates are not always firm. Convocation schedules are usually known in advance, so you can plan the design and message comfortably. Results, however, can be announced at short notice, and that is exactly when a made-to-order kitchen helps, because every cake is baked fresh on the day it is delivered rather than pulled from ready stock. Our advice is to message us on WhatsApp as soon as your date is confirmed, with the flavour, weight, message, delivery address and the time you want it. Sharing the message text early matters, because custom writing needs to be finalised before baking. Delivery charges depend on the distance to your address in Surat and are confirmed when you place the order. If your result date is still uncertain, tell us the likely window so we can guide you on when to confirm. - Confirm the date before finalising the design - Send the exact message text early - Share flavour, weight, address and preferred time in one message - Ask about delivery charges when ordering ## Best Cakes for Graduation & Results [ ### Mini & Bento Cakes in Surat Small cakes for gifting, couples and small celebrations. ](/cakes/mini-and-bento-cakes/)[ ### Chocolate Cakes in Surat Truffle, ganache and dark chocolate cakes, baked fresh daily. ](/cakes/chocolate-cakes/)[ ### Cupcakes in Surat Cupcake boxes baked fresh and delivered the same day. ](/cakes/cupcakes/) [How much cake do I need? →](/guides/cake-size-guide-surat/) ## FAQs – Graduation & Results Cakes in Surat **Q: Can I get a graduation & results cake delivered the same day in Surat?** A: Yes.
